Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
Current employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of JudiKing88 are not permitted to register or maintain a playing account on the Platform.
To access the full range of Services offered by JudiKing88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and must not disclose your password to any third party.
JudiKing88 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via any channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Account registration is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or close any registration without providing reasons, in particular where we have grounds to believe that the registration does not comply with these Terms.
JudiKing88 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 business hours of submission of all required documents. JudiKing88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

JudiKing88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JudiKing88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational requirements without incurring liability to Players.
All content on the JudiKing88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of JudiKing88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
